Customer Service is horrible. Out of all the companies I called for a qoute they were the only ones to play games and just lie lie lie. I called and the receptionist for commercial insurance lied her butt off for over a week with 5 different excuses as to why Valerie wasn't pu phone or returning vm. Receptionist literally said on the 5th day I called that "I'm going to give her your information and make sure she calls you". It's been days still no call. I've been in business 24yrs and finally got a great qoute from another company through occidental. PLEASE DONT WASTE A WEEK ON THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS

I wanted to give a 5 star for their knowledge and customer service is GREAT. However, communication isn’t great. I’m a NEW owner Operator and have plenty questions and concerns being that this is all new to me. Trucking has became my primary means of income. I call with questions and concerns and can’t get anyone on the phone but the receptionist and she directs me straight to a voicemail which I never get a call back. I have to wait days later and eventually call back to get a voicemail again. It’s stressful having issues and can’t get them resolved by my insurance agent-WHICH INSURANCE IS EVERYTHING IN THE TRUCKING WORLD. I Recommend speaking to Mrs Karen Edge or Mrs Karen Gross in order to have a great experience.
Long story short is this is a nightmare to a new owner operator if the agent doesn’t respond to any emails or voicemail in a timely manner. We’re already struggling to find loads because our authority is new. I have had loads rejected because I couldn’t get my agent on the phone in a timely manner.

Do not do business with these people!! Valerie is the worst agent ever! Once she gets you signed up, she abandons you. She will not talk to you or return your calls. But that’s not the worst part. She screwed up our Progressive policy and had our payments at $3,000 a month. After talking to a Progressive rep, she had put the wrong coverages on our wreckers and we were suppose to have $1 million in general liability. She didn’t have that on our policy and also didn’t tell us that Progressive doesn’t even offer $1 million. She never even offered to help straighten out our policy because it was her mess up. She is horrible! And the other ones that work there knew she wasn’t returning our calls and also knew what she did. Do you think they offered to help Nope!
