So i ordered a package and it was this vanity that was on sale and i have been trying for months to get a decent priced vanity. I have tried contacting this place and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. My package also shows it is being returned when it's supposed to be delivered to my place ! i live in an apartment and idk if it's because they don't have my apt number or what but I WILL be getting this vanity whether i have to come down to illinois and get it myself or not. not a threat, a promise. this place will be seeing me soon.

Shein has been using this company for some time now and I always received my orders on time. This time it’s been stuck with this company since Sept 28th and listed as “ USPS is waiting for shipment” My order was expected to be delivered Oct 6th! Shein said to give it til the 14th and they’ll cancel it and refund me. I want my order! If the reviews is true and this company is no longer listed as a real company then Shein and other companies need to get it together and find another shipping company.

My tracking on my package said it had departed this facility and usps was awaiting the item for over 2 weeks had to contact usps and usps did something because the next day it finally arrived at usps regional in KC then moved through usps pretty quickly. Very dissatisfied, my package was supposed to arrive on 11/27 and I didn’t get it till 12/11

Still waiting on my package. It says it had departed this facility August 11th but USPS never received it. Im very disappointed and ordered from Shein multiple times and this hasn’t ever occurred.

Waiting for a package that says it departed your facility to USPS on May 8th. It’s May 25th and still no update. What’s going on? I called USPS and they said they have not received my package from your facility. Update: I have researched this company and called stores nearby, they do not exist. Shein has some explaining to do.

I don't think this is an actual place. I think this is just the label printing company for Shein. When Shein prints the label for your package to be shipped, it automatically states that it "departed" the facility in Elk Grove, Il when in actuality its still in China. You have to go on the shein website and see when the status updates to "flight departure" and "arrived at local facility" then tracking on the USPS website should update a few days later. When its in "Elk Grove", its still in China. I have had a few packages with this status and that's what it always was. I wish Shein would list accurate information instead of confusing the customers but that's typically what it is if this help anyone else out. Oh, and also, your package probably wont be delivered until the actual date it was expected to be delivered. So for example, if the ETA is July 23-25, then your package wont be delivered until the 25th. Everytime Ive had a package delivered with "Elk Grove, US logistics", it has always gotten here on the last expected delivery date so if you were expecting it to come earlier, sorry to disappoint, but you more than likely wont get it until the last expected delivery date.

THIS ISNT A REAL BUSINESSES!! My shein package was dropped off here and was never given to USPS. It has been 15 DAYS!! This is ridiculous. Be careful if Shein drops off your package here - you are likely to never recieve it.

My shein order was sent to this facility more than a week ago. The latest update was that it "departed" from this facility. I've asked around to see if I can find out what to do. Most people say they this company only delivers package whenever THEY want to. So far from Google reviews, people are saying the company doesn't exist. If this is a real company, PLEASE deliver your costumers packages to the nearest USPS mailing service. It's back to school season and this is terrible service. Also Shein is a disappointment and cheap company. Don't send packages to 1 star companies. 😒
