Sat in a dock door from 8am until 6:22pm. This company called my phone 5 times from 5am all the way until I made it here to make sure I get here on time. When I got here they only had partial load and wouldn’t let me leave. Mind you the other portion wasn’t going to come until afternoon the next day. They unloaded the partial and now my next loads are canceled. If you book here make sure your load is ready. Complete waste of time.

This place wasn’t too bad at all they had a me empty in about an hour. If you coming in off of Algonquin rd it’s gonna be the first company on your left, basically the first man door you see is where you have to check in. They do have a public bathroom and plenty of space to dock.

These folks are REALLY, REALLY good at what they do! We have always been met with professionalism and quality customer service from Louis R. and Anthony F. in Illinois. They can arrange pickup/packing/shipping of practically anything at competitive prices. Past jobs they've helped us with have been both really simple and very complex (we're talking serious white glove treatment and a lot of patience on their part), and they've never let us down!!!
