I was worried about coming here because of these crazy long wait time reviews! But these guys were super friendly and fast for me! I had an 8 o'clock appointment, got there at 7:50 and was leaving all before 9!

Vans follow signage down to GATE 3. You will see the warehouse on your right after turning off the main road.

⛔️(Do not go down to the stop sign or the guard shack. They will have you back up and turn around. Ask me how I know, lol. There's a small shipping sign on the warehouse that I missed, haha!)⛔️

You will have to park parallel to the warehouse and check in on the far left at a door that's under a blue shipping sign.

They will have you fill out some paperwork about the cleanliness of your trailer and then assign you a door. (Make sure it's odorless and spotless, or they will deny it! If you're bringing in a refer, it needs to be dry and at outside temp.)

You will then have to slide your tandems all the way to the rear, then disconnect from your trailer and park over in the car parking spaces in front of the office.

When they've finished loading, they will call you over the phone and ask for you to reconnect to your trailer and then go back inside for your paperwork before you pull from the door. They'll leave your seal inside of the trailer! After all that, you're good to go!

Don’t come here unless you have too! They can care less about drivers. I’ve waited six hours so far. It’s also one of the bullshit places that makes you detach from trailer.

I’m saying as a Canadian driver!
Not Sure is it the same for US Drivers.

PROCEDURE

✅They Loading pretty fast about 30-45 min.
✅They asking to do a trailer inspection and fill the paper for it.
✅They asking to slide your tandems to the back
✅They asking to park and disconnect your truck and trailer and wait in designated area.
⚠️They not asking for any kind of PPE

And I put 4 stars because workers and manager was a little rude to me.🙅‍♂️
Other than that it was a good experience.

Absolutely ridiculous. 1st in 1st out. Been here since 8am it is now 1:44pm. Still here, still not loaded. This place is absolutely a disgrace! I'd leave less than one star but can't.

The company just discharged a crap ton of titanium dioxide into Bay St. Louis, leaving a white streak across the bay.

Dump waste into the environment, why doncha? At least the plant is now getting investigated by the state's environmental quality department.

This place is a joke. If your here to pickup expect a long wait. Im here on 2-7-18 for a drop and hook, this load was scheduled to pickup on the 5th and its still not ready. Ive gone home causeI I live in Biloxi and have ckme back the next day and still have had to wait. So again if your picking up from Chemours/Dupont have food and beverage available.

Don't ever come here for load. Can't understand when there are only 5 trucks waiting it takes more then 4 hours to get loaded. It's not like we don't have other things to do with our day. What a joke of a company and I will never come back here again.
