I spent $400 detailing my car so it would pass the environmental inspection for them to use my door as a step stool and mistreat the inside of my car. The inspection only covered the outside and it wasn’t until I pulled into the gas station before I noticed how they mistreated my car.

VPC never an issue the 3 times using this company. The LA VPC , the worst! Customer service total lack of. Absolutely rude and dismissive. I saw them take a few cars out when waiting for ours and they drive them so reckless. I wish I would not have seen it. The inside is really clean , so I'll give them that. We took a flex bus who dropped us off the front so can't say anything about parking. They gave our Ford Explore a quick rinse and definitely think some gas. However, If you are having to bring your car to California maybe see if you can pick up at any other VPC. As I wouldn't recommend. Unless you have a vehicle you don't really care much for.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews and hearing the horror stories. Let me tell you!!!!! If you submit the proper paperwork ahead of time and take your time to detail your car you will not have any issues. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They guided me through the process and told me how to check on my vehicle as it's being transported. Overall, a great experience!

I’m 19 and went alone to ship a car for my sister and the entire staff was so helpful 🙂 and patient. Since our fast pass was declined they had to process the paperwork upon arrival but it didn’t even take as long as I thought!! Everyone was polite and friendly and updating me on things throughout the process. The 6 hr drive was worth it and I was even 4 hours early for my flight. The whole process took abt 2 hrs but mainly because I needed to drive around since my gas was a tad bit over the 1/4 tank line.

I have used this company 4 times in my career. Each time was without issue. Just recently picked up my vehicle after 3 years of storage. No issues, great communication. I was in and out the VPC in 30 minutes.

This is a warning for those picking up your vehicle from the LA VPC. They will wash your vehicle with NO SOAP AND DIRTY RAGS. They are aware of the issue but it is "policy that the vehicle Is returned washed" and no soap is not allowed to be used. These videos were shot the day of dropping my vehicle off at Vpc and the morning after picking it up. I will say customer service was good but the good doesn't outshine the bad. They did say if they are explicitly told not to wash the vehicle on arrival by the customer that they won't wash it. This option needs to be said during notification that the vehicle has arrived.

This is a review from my son...
The staff were very helpful. They made sure I had all of the paperwork needed and accommodated to allow more time to get the paperwork I didn't have.
The inspection of the car is thorough and rigorous. MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS CLEAN...LIKE, SUPER CLEAN!
