Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.

This address is on my credit report and it’s not even a home. This business is crooked and works with other people to steal peoples tax money and whatever else they can get their hands on for over five years. I went in asked for my box they denied to know who I was or my name and told me to call the cops. Very smug and rude but my case is building and this company and its associates are going down. Don’t ever go here.

Bad cust.service here from the older ladies. Honestly I tried to be nice to the older ladies that work there and they could care less. They are not helpful whatsoever and that's the truth. The 2 older ladies are rude and they try to avoid helping you or answering your questions at all times. Theres 2 younger girls that are Awesome.. their service is exceptional I wish I knew their names I would mention them here. Bottom line it seems that the older ladies only favor the older customers, the ones that they known for years and us new customers get the could shoulder. Very bad for Business and as a human being that's just wrong. I'm not trying to shame anyone here I'm only telling the truth in my experiences here.

My mom went in May to ship me a gift and the woman wasn't very helpful in trying to help my mom submit a claim through UPS when the box was damaged. A few days ago my mom went in and specifically asked to send a package via the post office and the lady sent it UPS. They charged my mom about $25 and told her that was the best rate available. My mom really wanted to get the gift to me so she paid.... I checked online and USPS would have been about $11. Makes me a little sad that my mom can't get honest help at this place. Quick to take money but not quick to help.

Love this place - it’s convenient to where I live. I especially love that I can pick up my packages here without the fear of having my packages stolen off my porch. Also a great place for shipping your packages and picking up packing/moving supplies. Customer service has always been top notch.
