Sammy is excellent; He helped explain everything clearly about sending notarized will documents safely...I explained that the documents involved my father who had passed away, which he seemed to genuinely care about...

Sammy was very professional when we spoke on 4 different occasions; He spent a lot of time on the phone with me...Although I never made it to the store because of a work project due in another part of LA, I wanted to write a review to let others know that Sammy's a great guy & worth doing business with.

LA to New York, $119 ,53 lb in a large U-Haul box.18x18x24.
After visiting L A, I realized I bought too many shoes to stuff in my suitcase and they had to be shipped back to New York. So the shoes weren't really a sale - If you have to PAY TO Ship them from LA to New York!! - I called around to a few places to be confused with the box sizes, number of boxes, measurement of boxes compared to weights. Not to mention, what wasn't mentions was the distance!
I called l a shipping who's comforting tone, had me there in 20 mins. He picked the perfect box, measured and weights it, and gave me the price of $ 117. for 54 lbs to be shipped cross country! OK ! It's worth the shoe sale.

First time visiting for drop off Fedex package. Not sure that dude working for owner is nice. Young Korean boy with some attitude issue. Probably will goto different places.

These people are thieves!!!! I just saw with my own eyes ripping off elderly folks.... $150 for packing 2 boxes and shipping label? What a shame... avoid these POS...

Poor customer service. The person WORKING there had no idea how to fill out or even deal with a Fedex form to mail out an envelope. He was rude, and disrespectful. Take your business to Lako Express which is a mile away from here.

Absolute scammers. Never showed me the original invoice for a package and yet told me the "cheaper" option which was UPS.. I realize this later on when I got home after agreeing. Untrustworthy. They also keep your information in their database, very unnerving.

Every time I go to pick up my packages, they say I don't have any. I have to go above and beyond to prove that I have a package at this location. My ID isn't enough, they want to see a print out from UPS to show that I had a package delivered to their location. I think they just see a black person and want to get me out of their store. I live down the street so I think I'll keep going there just to make them uncomfortable and teach them how to be more sincere and inclusive in their dealings with customers.
