So, I used this company about a year ago and I called and they were very nice on the phone and they were very nice when they gave me my ride. I needed a ride again today almost a year later because my car broke down. I called and a very rude man answers the phone and says dispatch. I said, is this Port city cab? He very rudely says, do you not know who you called? I said I do know who I called but usually when you call a business they tell you the name of the business so you know you’ve called the right number and didn’t accidentally called the wrong number. So I proceeded to ignore him because I’m already having a bad morning and told him where I wanted to go and ask him about how much it would cost. He again very rudely tells me to go Google it. I told him last time I called the lady was very accommodating, very kind and helpful and I said I’m not sure this is the same company I used in the past so he says you can find you another ride and hung up on me I will be sure to let everyone I come in contact with know that they are rude, inconsiderate and not helpful and not worth anyone’s time. That was the most unprofessional exchange of conversation I have ever had with a place of business. I will never use them again. It’s no surprise their rating is a 3.5. I’m sure he has a lot to do with that. Hopefully he is not the owner because he is not a businessman by no means. I ended up calling Uber and had a much better experience.

I'm disabled with no transportation. Singing river hospital called them to come pick me up and take me home. Equipment failure in cab resulted in another driver picking me up. I left my phone in the first cab got home and was a few hrs till. I could borrow a ring it back too me phone to call.them. they hwant3d ad found my phone and wanted $45 cab fare to return the phone to meme from pasg. K owing I had no.money or transportation to come get it. Driveer.laughed at me.
