Highly recommend! I called them after having to deal with other companies nearby for 48 hours that would not come and get my car out in the snow storm! Richard came not even an hour after I called and got my car towed in under 10 minutes! He was the absolute best! Will be using them from now on whenever needed!

Amazing! Traveling on our way back from Florida to Arkansas our transmission went out. We were able to get home, but had to leave the suburban in Mississippi. Called another company who weren't able to help us with it being across state lines, but were recommended Shivers. Out of three other companies, they were by far the best price, nearly $400 cheaper than the lowest quote. Fast, friendly, skilled and at a great price. What's not to love

My truck decided it was a fine time to leave me hanging on the side of the road, so I did a quick search and found Shiver's towing. He got there and had me hooked up to his tow truck in under 10 minutes. Very professional, punctual, friendly, and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. If I ever need a tow again, I'm calling this company. Outstanding job and service. Thank y'all!

I blew a tire and was stranded running late to pick up my disabled and in a wheelchair husband from physical therapy. I am a 67-year-old woman and was totally helpless. Garner from Shivers came out immediately thinking we would be towing the car to Belk to replace the tire but I needed my van and the space in the back for his scooter. Garner put on my spare, which was not conveniently placed literally under the car. He even offered to drop the flat tire off at Ford service for me so I could go and pick up my husband.
The service I got was immediate, the care professional and I would not have been treated better even if I were family. I even offered Garner what he could see was a very generous tip and he refused to take it.
Service of this nature is near nonexistent in today’s world. Shivers went above and beyond in taking immediate care of me and going out of their way to rescue me from what I felt was a vulnerable and helpless position. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated them and how highly I would recommend their service.
From the initial phone call to Shivers and Garner taking such exceptional care with me in my situation I can honestly say, Shivers is SIMPLY THE BEST!
