Martin shipped our car from Sydney to Cape Town in late 2022. He was extremely solution’s focused, listening to our needs and trying hard to find a solution - which he did. He was responsive over a holiday period at a rate that was unexpected but appreciated.

As we were trying to ship our car from Cape Town to UK recently I was struggling to find shipping insurance for our container. I reached out to Martin who responded promptly and asked a couple of questions then worked with his insurance company to see if it was possible - it was, then promptly followed up with me. It was sorted quickly, and was reasonably priced . I am looking forward to Martin and his team being our receiving agents when we ship our car back to Australia.

This is the reason you work with an experienced freight handler like Martin Moyano and the team at Clarke Global.

We're a small importer of building related materials with a commitment to quality and customer service and with one such shipment we were asked by Customs to provide testing evidence for Asbestos, something we thought we had already covered in our supply contracts, which we provided.

Never-the-less further testing was demanded and low and behold traces of asbestos were found - which with the help of Clarke Global, we resolved.

A new (and fraught) experience for us, the service from Clarke Global in navigating our way through not only helped us to learn a lot, but saved many a sleepless night.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to the entire team at Clarke Global Logistics for helping find a great container freight rate from Australia to Canada to ship my valued cargo, and being so precise with the coordination of the logistics of loading and drayage, as well as all the export paperwork. All other 20' container freight quotes were almost double. Martin really went the extra mile to find it for me. Thanks Tu for the attention to detail with the logistics. I am grateful that Adam, the loading specialist, took special care during the packing and loading process to ensure that my vehicles and other cargo were protected and secured firmly to the container to minimize any risk of damage during transport. Martin, the Director was extremely responsive in communicating with me or my Freight forwarder in Canada to ensure all details were covered. His team also were very responsive and executed time critical tasks very well. All-in-all, a job very well done. Looking forward to receiving the container in Canada.

Very impressed with the custom clearance services provided by Clarke Global . They demonstrated excellent professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and they handled all the necessary paperwork with expertise. My shipment arrived smoothly and on time, thanks to their efforts. While I had a great experience overall, I believe there's always room for improvement hence the four-star rating. Nonetheless, I highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again in the future.
