I’ve had some rough experiences buying cars in the past, which is why I decided to give South Houston Nissan a shot—and I’m so glad I did! That’s where I met my new bestie, CULLEN! He was incredibly patient with me, even though I was super picky about what I wanted and what I was willing to pay.
The process took hours, but CULLEN never lost his smile. He stayed determined to help me find the perfect car and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was honest, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to work with. I’ll definitely be going back to my new bestie for my next car!

Go to my guy Luis Matos. 2 weeks ago I was walking. He got my wife and me off the lot in a brand new 2024 Sentra SR just in time to get ready for our son to be born. Everything felt effortless and I got more than I expected for a great price. Highly recommend location.

Staff were nice and welcoming, but it is really amazing how they jack up prices on every little thing. You really need to be careful, website is encouraging, but in reality it’s not real. I was given a price which is $11,000 more than what’s on their website for things that I do not need nor I care about. The prices online are a trap to get people in and after that you’re either trapped or you can be smart and leave. Vehicle was supposed to be new but it had a few hundred miles on it already.

I want to thank our sales person Tiffany for going above and beyond and answering and listening to our needs and what we wanted. She really was fantastic. She also communicate anything that needed to be done. The staff was also was great and welcoming. We got a new 2025 nissan rogue . We love it!

They ran a Facebook ad that is pure false advertising! I waited five hours to walk away empty handed because they saying the bank requires $5400 down to get the deal done. I’m a paralegal and I know that is a total scam! If you don’t have credit or bad credit, be prepared to get scammed! People you have to wake up and look how it doesn’t make sense. If you finance a vehicle the car, be the collateral so, why would you pay penny down for a “Secure loan”?
For thousand dollars it’s $20 oof your monthly payment.
So how does that make sense to 5000k to pay $100 less?
It’s a joke and a scam all the money goes into the salesperson pockets!!!

I digressed but let me get back. The sales reps were very passive and didn’t really care if you were there. The lady who kept calling and telling me to bring check stubs, proof of income Verification address, is a pure liar! Look at the text messages.

Please do not fall for any dealership scams because they are everywhere. Like I mentioned about the other Nissan Central Houston dealership the worst car experience EVER I do not recommend this dealership for anyone looking to build credit or bad credit!

I recently called South Houston Nissan to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in, and I was thoroughly impressed with the phone service I received. The representative, Chassidy was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the car I was asking about.

She answered all of my questions promptly and provided detailed information on availability, pricing, and financing options. What stood out the most was her patience and willingness to help without rushing me off the phone. She went above and beyond and followed up with an email with additional information I requested, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient phone call experience. I felt valued as a customer and confident in moving forward with my purchase. Again, Thank you Chassidy and South Houston Nissan for an overall great car buying experience 👍

Stay away from this dealership!! People don’t ever buy this package! Once you bought it, they will try everything they can to prevent you to use it! Their reasons to not honor the warranty are very shady and unreasonable. The salesman that worked with us no longer here and they tried to and not taking the responsibilities and tried to charge you for more! I wish I did not buy from here! They have you waited almost 3 hours and not doing anything until you asked and they tell you “oh it’s not under warranty and will be out of pocket!”

Updated: After 3hours of waiting and talking back and forth, they said they will cover the window tint. Honestly, I hope I won’t have to use my warranty again because all of what I have been suffering while waiting here and being treated like this.
On the other hand, Mark was helpful the whole time! Thanks you Mark! 4 stars is for Mark!
