I came to the store to buy a dtf design and when it came time to press it did not apply to my sweater so I came to the store to let me manager know about it and he said that it was my fault because I did press it right but this is not the first time this happens to me three months ago I got and medium size one for a T-shirt and of course it didn’t price on the shirts either my mistake was not bringing it back to this company for they can look at it but I’m very disappointed with their service, so you oughta think about what you want to buy from this place because to buy a direct to fabric print and then they don’t want to give you your money back after showing them what happen you will have to throw your money down the sink and it’s not worth it the Chinese in the Asian they never want to lose a dollar but to the hell with the rest of us

Customer service is not the best. They will literally not say two words to you while your there. Vinyl is cheaper but very limited stock of shirts. They also sell transfer which I’ve purchased and had no issues with it. I did buy a color changing vinyl that didn’t work and they wouldn’t refund me the money. But overall a decent place and quick stop if u need something quick.
