Storage Max is the *BEST*. I have been renting a 10x30 storage building from Storage Max at their location on Luckney Rd in Brandon, Ms. for about 3 years. It is very clean and nice. I once had the manager call me on the phone and alerted me that one of my locks wasn’t locked properly and the unit could be opened. So I hurried over there and fix that lock. Many thanks to Jessica the manager. There are multiple cameras on the premises. I had a code for entry into the gate that always worked. My payments were set up on a draft so it was simple and easy. The place has a lot of lights in case you are there after dark. I always felt safe there as well. If I need to ever rent another storage building or a lot to park a vehicle I will most certainly try here as my first option. 😊

I have been parking at this location for four years now. They have 24 hour gate access and cameras. Code is required for entry and it is well lit at night. The parking spots are a good size although the entrance gate is rather narrow if your coming in and out with a large trailer say 40ft. Since I’ve been there The parking fees have increased yearly. Jennifer the manager is quick to help me with any questions I may have. I highly recommend StorageMax. Updated information, they will not fill in potholes in your spaces nor cleanup the trash left by previous renters. The drainage there is horrible so I suggest that you get flood insurance. Lightning hasn’t been maintained so it’s extremely dark at night. The rental cost increases often with no reward for your money.

The units are a good size, in a safe area. The person I dealt with the most Jennifer is amazing! This location is managed by the same group as storagemax in Brandon.
I had inherited 2 units from my father after his death and it was a rough and super complicated situation. I had both a 10x20 and a 10x10 Jennifer was kind, understanding and professional the entire time. Jennifer is the epitome of what I would consider a southern angel. There are quite of few people who need to take lessons in humanity from her.

I have been so very pleased with my experience with StorageMax Luckney. When I first opened my account there, Jackie was there. She was so great. I would forget about the first of the month payment and she would send me a gentle reminder. Later, Karl took her position and I am very pleased with how helpful he is as well. If I had any trouble getting in my storage, he is always available.. always. He also helped me transition to bank draft payments which helped with my payment timeliness. Thank you StorageMax for your service and for the great staff you have provided to meet our needs as your customers.

I love the location because it’s 10 minutes from me, but I get there tonight to get all my Christmas out and they have a lock on the door. I had to change my debit card number so I paid by phone 2 months ago and set up my new number as my card to have payment drafted. It all went through the day I set it up and they still didn’t get it right and locked me out! They did this to my poor old daddy before he died last year. Every month he was on the phone with them because they say he didn’t send a check but we always verified that he did and it was sent before time. I can’t deal with this much longer. There is no excuse..

So far so good! We have been renting out building for months and feel good about the location and security of our unit. We searched hard for the best deal and we found it here. We plan on possibly upsizing or renting a additional unit in the near future. Also we never have a problem reaching our unit due to overcrowding or being to busy, that's always a plus!

EDIT: last time I rode out there, there was a crew that was paving the entrance. Awesome to see that y’all not only listen to your customers, but also take action. 4 stars is now 5!

Betty is great. We have had our storage there for several years . Easy to get in and out. Never a problem. Would highly recommend StorageMax for your storage needs.
