My daughter is a seven year old second grader. She goes to Bowmar elementary school. The bus driver picked her up this morning from the mailboxâs and she shouldâve dropped her off at the mailboxes. Instead, she dropped her all at the end of the gate that is locked off. My daughter had to walk up a good distance to get to our apartment. The bus driver did not make sure that she got home safely. She didnât even make sure a parent was home or waiting to get her home. So she knew exactly where to drop my daughter off yet, but she did what she wanted and applauded. I thank God nothing happened to my daughter. The walking distance she had to walk. A seven-year-old innocent little girl. The neighborhood we live in isnât a good neighborhood. The bus driver driver and the workers at the transportation office already know this information. I called transportation, and to whom spoke with I donât know, but it was a young lady. I explained to her what happened a moment of silence not and not a care in the world. She called the a bus driver and said hey honey, how you doing? Where did you drop Baby off at in the apartments? The young lady that was in charge said to the bus driver â I know itâs not your original bus route, but that baby gets dropped off at the mailboxes â âŚ.. Of course she gets picked up at the mailbox, she picked my daughter up this morning from the mailboxes. She was the same bus driver from this the mailboxes. So basically they donât care about the safety and well-being of my child. She didnât even make sure that she walked in the house. The transportation line I called. I got to talk to a secretary and she sent me to I guess whoever was in charge. I want to make a complaint so she sent to whoever it was she didnât give me her name, but I gave her my name. When she got off the phone with the bus driver, I told her she picked her up at the mailboxes this morning. I was home. I didnât work this morning. I was home. I was in the middle of the road and I watch my daughter to get on the bus. Whomever I spoke with thought it was OK for her to drop the baby wherever she wanted to drop my daughter at and said oh I understand whoever she understood!!! My daughter was dropped by apartment 80 and were apartment 30 A. She had the nerve to tell the bus driver she understood why she dropped my Baby off at the gate and said that my daughter told her to drop her there because my daughter is the only child that goes to Bowmar from The Kings Apartment. So no other child could have told you to drop them off there because my child is the only child and we stay in Building 30!!! So, the bus driver lied on my daughter as well. Itâs OK? no itâs not OK!!!! My daughter could have been hit, kidnap, get into a fight and so many other things could have happened. I am very thankful that she get home safely. Here I am standing outside The mailbox is waiting for my Child!!! My daughter can barely breathe, and they have the nerve to say that is OK? before we hung up, I told young lady what I saw and she had lady picked my daughter up from the mailboxes. The note from the bus driver, the original driver explains the route thoroughly, but even if there were not any notes you pick my daughter up from the mailboxes that is close to the Building 30 Her home address thatâs on file. She dropped my child off at the locked gate. My daughter did not tell her to drop her there and no one else gets off the in Kings At the apartment, but my Child Taâriyah Shears. I would like someone to give me
a call beside the lady the I spoke with today. If anyone knows of anyone that I could contact, someone that actually cares. The person I talk to today was rude and smacking in my ear eating. She wasnât listening to me. The bus drivers and transportation office should follow protocol at all times. They acted as if they really didnât have a care about this, like itâs normal. I know that wasnât right. Our children are the future and they matter.
