The staff were extremely helpful in answering all questions. Move in was super easy. The facility was clean and appears to be very safe! I also find it to be reasonably priced and advertised accurately. I definitely recommend StorageMax to anyone who needs to rent a storage unit!

Plenty of room to get almost any size trailer in and out. The only issues with this place is before you store your​ belongings you might want to get a bit of flood insurance. We emptied our unit the other day and everything had looked liked it was in a flood zone. Water stains a foot high!!!! It ruined our belongings. We won't use this place again.....

I have been a customer for a number of years. Not too long ago, my unit "sprung a leak". StorageMax Southwest was on it from the first phone call and email. Instead of saying my unit was fixed, they placed a bucket in it and waited for the next heavy rain to see if it was really ready. It wasn't! StorageMax Southwest gave me another unit just doors down from the old one. No hassle. No fuss. Just good customer service!!!
