It is a nice establishment and very clean. Mr Brown takes care of the packages as if they were his.
Most people don't realize he is there because of the location I suppose,but he is at the corner of Gary Rd and Davis Rd. He handles UPS, Fed Ex and other stuff. So go by and drop packages off. So close to home and didn't even know it . 5 star review for me.

Dont go to this place. The guy is very nice and professional. I came to ship a package with a prepaid label for return. He taped the boxes with the label never printed my label with tracking information. A couple came in he waited on them before printing my label. My fault didn't want to wait I leave thinking it has a return label I should be ok. Package never made it i had to pay 800.00$ for a home theater system that I don't have and never used.

I had a return for Amazon. They had sent me a code for the return but this location didn't have a code reader. The man there was very helpful and we finally got the shipping label. If you are going here I suggest you get a printable label from Amazon and take it with you.

Horrible customer service... Doesn't greet you. Doesn't immediately acknowledge your presence when you enter the store. Doesn't communicate during transactions and not informative. Second time using their service and experience was the same both times. Won't be using again. Will take the time to drive all the way to Clinton instead.

I use to have packages sent by Mr. Brown’s Office, while waiting for him to print off labels he would complain about NOT being able to find help. I told Mr. Brown about my daughter looking for work after graduation from High School. Mr. Brown said have her to file out an application and turn it in. He hired her after School and she worked for him 5 1/2 months, then he let her go without a reason. Now she’s having to pay taxes back, because Mr. Brown didn’t want to take taxes out of her paychecks. He filed her under a 1099-MISC Self-Employed Contract Form, when he should have taxed her checks and filed under a W-2 Form. BEWARE of people NOT taxing you!

This guy is a scam. I never pay to send orders back to amazon. He tried to get me to go back and chose the option to pay $5.99 to send back an item instead of the free option on yesterday. He tried to convince me that it was a third party purchase and they secretly will charge me and said that nothing is free. I went to the ups store today in Brandon and held my phone and the cashier scanned it and I walked out no questions asked.

Terrible customer service. Guy behind desk obviously had no clue what he was doing. Super slow. No change for cash. Will never enter this establishment again. Looks like they threw the entire store together overnight.

Fast, easy, & very convenient location. I couldn't believe to find a UPS & FedEx drop off so convenient in my area & that also offers other logistic services. This place will probably come in handy for both work & personal.
