I take a few loads from Helix every month. Hannah always comes through, just this weekend I needed assistance at a receiver early Saturday morning and she answered the first time I called. She’s a broker that cares.Thank you 🙏

We have done business with Helix for over 20 years. They have given us fair rates and are friendly and easy to work with. Currently we work with Tre, and he's our go to for certain loads we do with Helix. We feel we have a partnership with Helix that has been very valuable to us over the years. Horrible Experience with Helix Logistics LLC and Andrew Johnson

We had an extremely unprofessional experience with Helix Logistics LLC, particularly with their employee Andrew Johnson. After agreeing on a load and making us complete a carrier setup package, he wasted our time by calling back to change the agreed-upon rate, claiming he found a cheaper carrier. This kind of behavior is dishonest and highly unprofessional.

It’s appalling to see a company conduct business this way, prioritizing cutting costs over maintaining their commitments and respect for others' time. I strongly discourage anyone from working with Helix Logistics LLC unless they improve their business practices.

Worst brokers ever!
I did a load for them yesterday.
During the icy weather conditions I called them for approval and they approved(we both agreed that the safety comes first) to deliver the load in the following morning and I did.
After I delivered the load in the morning I got a call from them(Bryan, the COO) manipulating and using terrible words to inform me that they will cut the rate conf 90% for late delivery continuing to use terrible language.
All the calls are being recorded and a report to FMCSA and SEC is inevitable.
Will never work with them again!
