The absolute worst shipping company ever. Please be advised that you are doing business with this company at your own risk and peril.
This time you did it to the wrong guy and see you in court.
• Trashed and damages car.
• lost keys
• Fabricated inspection fees
• unjustified storage fees
The BS stops here and see you in court.

Very awful experience, I was rip off from this so called shipping company
This girl “ Stacy “ that always answer the phone is so rude and very disrespectful
“ Royal Consolidator “ is a 3rd party
Please Contact directly “ American shipping “ if you willing to ship cars , that is the company that do all their booking….
It will save you so much money instead dealing with a 3rd party that is rude and very unprofessional….
She refused to release my cars after payment was made and I took me over 2 weeks in order to solve this issue then got my car released ….
I wish I could give less than 1* star rating cuz they don’t deserve 1*

I wanted to ship a vehicle from US to Lagos, Nigeria. They were initially nice and professional, but after they collected all the money, they were unresponsive. My vehicle was seriously trashed and damaged on transit and they refused to pay for damages after my several attempts to contact them and after laying several complaints. None of my voice mails were responded to till date. It has been over 3 months. I would not do business with these guys again, and I don't recommended anyone to either.

My husband and I used their services to ship a car we purchased online to my sister-in-law in Ghana. They are slow to respond to emails and hard to get in contact with over the phone. The amount they quoted us and the final billing was not the price. The final billing was more, but they did make an adjustment to reduce the invoice, but not all. They didn't send the title directly to the receiver but some agent, and that was an additional $150! To make matters worse the agent that received the title tried to swindle my sister-in-law for an additional $700! They claimed we didn't pay all the cost which was not true. Shipping with them was not a pleasant experience. It was poor communication and overpriced. I think they are a 3rd party company because previous shipment with other companies went much smoother and didn't have the hassle. I will not be a return customer and will use other shippers in the future. Buyers BEWARE!

40 footer container of 4 cars got shipped from NY to Lome Togo, 2 cars fell on each other inside the container and got damaged after charging over $500 to load that container. Richmond did not respond to correspondents regarding the damage. Bill of lading got edited by them. Bill of lading had 21 days of dumerage but in MSC system had only 10 days. Got very messy and costly due to this.
Car parts shipped from Jacksonville FL to Tema Ghana arrived with some of the car parts missing after over 6 months delay, once again no respond to all correspondents regarding this. House hold goods shipped from Jacksonville FL to Tema Ghana after over 6 months of delay arrived with half of the goods missing, agent in Ghana not paid and no one to speak to regarding missing goods, all correspondents once again not responded to.
Richmond if you are really dead as I have heard from some quarters then the wages of sin is death. I will not even recommend this company to my worse enemy, stay away from this incompetent and untrustworthy company.

YOUR ATTENTION, please!!: Don't choose these people, they are disaster. They have no real idea about how the shipping to the destination port process works: They held my Vehicle's ORIGINAL TITLE which they supposed to MAIL to my consignee. My consignee never gotten the BILL of LADING neither. The vehicle arrived at the port of entree with missing key (one key is missing while they've been holding the tittle with them). On top of that, they have been asking for new payment for unrelated service or for what i've already paid for. BE CAREFUL FOR CHOOSING THEM !!!

I dealt with Royal for pickup of my unit at copart and to ship to Tema, Ghana. Initial communication with royal was ok, from the pickup from copart to their shipyard. When it came to shipping to Tema, communication was so poor. George, who happens to answer all the calls wouldn't email as he say to give an update with my unit being shipped. Finally when the unit was shipped (with nile-dutch,), it ended up about a week in transit in spain, and also through Lagos ( which was something he didnt mention). Again he telling me my unit would take 32days from Savannah to Tema took a month and half (all of this without email updates nor any communication ). I dont even know why he chose to ship with nile dutch when there are more reputable shipping companies like #maersk line etc that also trade in savannah. Customers like myself will be happier if George or royal consolidators as a company will work on their communications and updates to customers. On the other hand Thanks to Stacy..She was more helpful .

this was my first time using this company and I was very pleased. my pickup and delivery of my car was on time and the prices were affordable. Over all I loved the communication from the company, I believe her name was stacy! she was amazing and had helped me as much as she could. 10/10 would recommend and ill defiantly be doing business with royal consolidators llc again.
