Very impressed! Avery was on the ball. He got me squared away quickly and efficiently….and with a great attitude. Hope they’re paying him enough. Hard to find good help these days. 🙃 A very well run U-Haul location. Plenty of room to maneuver in and out too. Also noticed plenty of stock in the showroom. Highly recommend this location.

U-Haul itself is a disgrace of a company. I made a reservation WEEKS before my move-out date and then received a call 24 hours before pick-up from U-Haul to confirm and GUARANTEE the pick-up. There was already a discrepancy with my order and I was informed I was being upgraded from a 10' truck to a 15' truck. This was not ideal but I figured it would be okay since everything else including my pickup time was confirmed. Then 12 HOURS before my pick-up time (note I have purchased 2 different sets of movers THROUGH U-HAUL that had specific start times set up for weeks prior), my pick-up time for the truck was changed to 1:30pm instead of 8:30am as well as upgraded to a 26' truck. That was unacceptable. So I called the main U-Haul number because all of the local locations were closed already. I was transferred to the nastiest, most unhelpful customer service representative that caused me nothing but hardships with this move. I was overwhelmed with the lack of professionalism by U-Haul that I needed to regroup, so since she didn't offer me any help, I thanked the representative and hung up. She called back minutes later while I was driving and could not speak to her at that moment. My father answered the phone and said that I will give her a call back in a moment (we were just around the block). About 5 minutes later after I get myself settled, I go on the U-Haul app and find out my reservation has been TOTALLY CANCELLED. Not ONCE on that RECORDED call did I ever say to cancel anything from my appointment. I called the number back with confusion because now I have nothing on my end that even says I had a reservation with U-Haul. The new representative said the woman I spoke with earlier took it upon herself to cancel my reservation because I "hung up with no solution". This is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard considering I CALLED HER. It is not like she was calling to confirm or anything I was calling to see my options since my time and size of truck has been changed for the worse. After many difficulties the new representative found my only option to be a 26' truck an HOUR away from my location. I will NEVER be using U-Haul again. They do not guarantee ANYTHING and do not stick by their word after their confirmation calls. I will be letting everyone I know about this experience and I hope if you are reading this review you do NOT follow in my footsteps and use this disgrace of a company.

My furniture was damaged inside the Ubox container. I purchased insurance for $18 to protect against such incidents, but the insurance provider declined reimbursement. Consequently, I must now cover over $500 in damages for items they broke in transit, despite having purchased the insurance. Would put 0 stars. Use another moving company!

This truck should not even have been allowed to be rented out. Both of the doors in the truck have been bent back to the point where they do not seal.. This in turn prevents the AC, which doesn't work very well from cooling off the cab in the truck. As soon as you get 45 miles an hour, it blows hot air in through the cracks of the doors, rendering the ac useless. I literally sweat like a wild animal every time I had to get in the truck and drive it, which thank God was no more than 45 minutes. But I had to do that four times . There's a terrible vibration at about 50 miles an hour That will literally shake the cup out of the cup holder. Ask me how I know.. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed to get out of my unit, I would have returned this truck and seek elsewhere . Especially with spending the amount of money that I've spent with your company in the past three months. Also, don't forget about the old stain that it left in my brand new concrete driveway. With that being said, the gentleman at the facility went above and beyond to make things better. He was very friendly and provided great customer service and insight . Absolutely no one should be allowed to rent a truck in this kind of condition, especially in Florida heat. Hopefully your company will step up to the plate and reach out to me with some kind of refund Or partial refund. If not, I'll definitely reconsider where I rent my moving trucks from in the future. as it seems like with your company, everything is hit and miss. Including telephone agents that don't want to do their job. Unlike the first young lady that I spoke with that went above and beyond, I guess she kind of spoiled me. She walked me through everything, booked all my reservations and explained everything to me. The next two agents that I spoke with on the phone kindly just blew me off on something else, like the app, or going online instead of taking initiative. and helping me with my. reservation like the first girl did .

The customer service associate as well as the manager were horrible.
They did not display any professionalism with me at the customer.
Then I received my receipt and discovered that I was overcharged for mileage.
I thought about addressing this discrepancy with the manager on duty.
However, because of his lack of professionalism too.
I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card use for this transaction.
Never will I return or recommend this location.

Had rented a U-Haul van which loss power all together tried to jump the battery no luck no power vehicle running low performance I want a refund !! If a service number do see my review please contact me immediately please !!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

Made an appointment to have a hitch installed on my van. When I showed up for my appointment the manager working was not aware of the appointment. Manager, Stanley, kept assisting other walk-in customers that did not have appointments and had me wait. I waited for over 1 hour paste my appointment time and still no service. Manager, Stanley, said he was the only person working so he had to help the other customers. Which makes NO sense why he would help walk-in customers that did not have apointments and make me wait when I had an appointment scheduled. Finally I had to leave since he was clearly not going to get to me because he kept helping all the new customers that continued to walk in.

I'm a busy working mom and this was a complete waste of my time. Plus the lack of care was ridiculous.

Do not waste your time. Go to a local Tallahassee business for your hitch installation.

Horrible experience. I had a reservation for a 20 footer that was GUARANTEED to me online at 12:30. Came to this location EARLY to check on things and they tell me that someone was suppose to come fix the truck but they never came. They never called me to notify me , nor did they send a email. I now have no way to move my home across state lines. They aren’t considerate of others lives.

They did offer me $50 and another truck but my belongings won’t fit. Very disappointed. Never again.
