Our experience with Shipping and Handling has been excellent and consistent. We've shopped, visited, and tried other 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations in Florida, California, Texas, Michigan, and South Carolina. They all promised a lot, some tried, but most did very poorly or were too expensive.

I have dealt directly with all company departments, from Management, to IT, to Client Fulfillment, and Accounting. Not only have all staff performed well, been responsive, and professional, but all - without exception which is almost odd - have demonstrated a great attitude. That type of culture breeds and supports success.

Their costing is fair and competitive, and their billing is clear and detailed. Frankly, makes you wonder why other operations can't simply do it right like these guys do.

Update Feb 5 2019: This company has changed over the last several months. Over 80% of their outbound shipments have errors, they are unable to present count / stock history, inventory quantities change from one day to the next, and despite 2 people checking the shipments they still make errors. We are going to need to secure our own staff to run our own physical before we move out asap. They use to be great, but despite repeated efforts of good faith to resolve and have patience, they are unable - and frankly unwilling - to accept any responsibility. Look at the other recent reviews on them before you choose this warehouse for your products.
