Very reliable and honest. They were very useful to me when I needed to ship my wedding dresses and other wedding things from Nigeria to USA. I sent a package for someone to pick up and won’t release it to the person it’s for. Saying it was stolen yet I am the sender and original owner of it. I have sent them all the information to prove it wasn’t. Never trusting them again and I recommend no one use their services.

My experience with their customer service support has been disappointing and disappointing . Despite their estimated pickup and delivery times, there response has been disappointing which has caused significant inconvenience. It would be great if the company could improve their customer service and provide more accurate information in future.
