I don't Recommended booking with this broker , Because they are looking for a way to charge $500 for Tracking making excuses even earthing is send and driver is on pick up and delivery on time, BOL send it on pickup and delivery and all the time communicating with the broker on e-mails. DON'T WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE LOOKING A WAY TO SCAM YOU AND CHARGE YOU

They charge you late fees, broker name, Jessica and early delivery fees. If you were 30 minute earlier, they still charge you 300 if you 30 minute laid they still charge you 300 don't recommended anybody to work with this stupid company.

I don’t recommend hauling for this broker. they didn’t want to pay a fee to haul a load so I kindly declined hauling the load. they call me back and agreed to my rate. I was 30 minutes late picking up the load in Carthage Mo at Schreiber Foods. I was in and out in 1hr. Delivered on time. I received a email saying they was short paying invoice for $200 for being 30 min late. It’s their way of cheating drivers. God forbid if I would’ve had a breakdown. I would’ve hauled this load for free. In no way do I believe Schreiber Foods charged $200 for being 30 min late.

This Brokerage is a poacher. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES, OR AT LEAST BE WARNED.. They charged us $300.00 for being 14 mins late on a non critical load. Let me give you the ramifications.

A 5:00 A.M. delivery was set at a Walmart DC in Grantsville, UT. The driver arrived at 4:54 A.M. He was waiting on a truck that was ahead of him to finish checking in. By the time the guard shack checked my driver in it was 5:14 A.M. We provided a picture of the ELD. This Screenshot is showing the time of his arrival. As well as a satellite image of the driver in line. However Since the BOL shows "05:14 A.M. " They are trying to screw us out of $300.00. That is $21.42 an a minute folks. That is insane!! BE WARNED OF THIS HIGHWAY THIEVERY!!!

The worst broker ever... I cannot believe they charged us a 10% late delivery fee for arriving at the receiver on Sunday 1 minute late even though there was a line of trucks waiting to get in. Not trustworthy and horrible communication, no decent carrier should work with them.
