She was very patient and understanding and worked with me as i was rushing to get off work to get the unit. It wasn’t bad, just too many price increases in such a short time. I understand the cost of living being a factor, but for having a non climate control unit, having my unit increase by close to $70 was a lot. That’s the price of renting another unit. I just need a place to store extra stuff.

When I initially call to get info about a storage the conversation was super nice and very easy, I was having a hard time with the kiosk so I went to the office but it was time after before I could leave but I got a call asking if I were still coming because the lady had to make a run and didn’t want to miss me which was super thoughtful also when I made it there from there everything was just easy and polite… Thank you!
