Very disappointed in the quality of the recliner we purchased. It has been less than a year and already falling apart. This is different than normal wear and tear- obviously a manufacturing defect or quality issue. When I contacted the Franklin Service line with receipt and pictures was told it was a glue issue and would not be covered. We wanted to support a US company and a quality product but this one seems to be lacking. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing this brand in the future.

We have had our sofa about 1.5 years. Very disappointed. We had saved to get this sofa we loved it in the furniture store. The material on the cushions has peeled. The pillows have small holes in them. For the price we paid I would expect it to look good much longer than 1.5 years. The only reason I am giving two stars is because it is comfortable too bad it looks like it is 7-10 years old. It doesn’t clean up well nor does it wear well. The ottoman looks so bad I have to keep it covered. So disappointed that we are having to save again to get another sectional that will hopefully hold up and look nice for more than 1.5 years.

I bought the 848 indira sofa several months ago and it is one of the most comfortable couches I have ever had. It has a deep sit, which I love. The quality is great and the material is soft. Great for pets or kids. Cleans super easy! Also, works well if you're booted to the couch for a night. Great customer service and smooth delivery. I look forward to adding more Franklin pieces to my home. Highly recommend!

Henry and his technician Rick are the best. They didn't have to help me with a used power lounger that my neighbor gifted to me. I reached out to them and they were kind, knowledgeable, respectful and informative, walking me through hooking up all the connections that made the chair operate. The *best* customer service I've ever had. Any furniture I purchase in the future will be Franklin built (in the USA). Thank you Franklin company I very much appreciate you 🙂

These guys made our favorite sectional ever! Loved it so much we called for parts instead of getting a new one when our puppy ripped some cushions. Shelby in customer service is amazing and got us all the parts we need to fix it. 10/10 will be the first place I look for my next furniture need

I purchased a Hannigan Sofa, Loveseat, chair and ottoman from Kane's Furniture in Clearwater Florida October 2018. I was comparing this to a higher priced competitor's furniture. I was assured that given I was spending about the same amount of money, this set would last. It is just a touch over a year later - and bear in mind I am single and weigh 125 pounds and the only one using this furniture...I rotated the cushions as recommended. The cushions on the sofa are now compressed to half of their original loft! I sent an email to this manufacturer and received no response, either email nor phone call. I would not recommend this manufacturer and would advise you to steer towards another company. I am surprised given this is a US company too! I would have expected less than top quality if it were priced less or if it were made in China or India but not here! This is very, very sad.

We bought a living room suite from a retailer here in Statesboro. After about a year 2 of the cushions were wore out and the material was starting to flake off. Called the retailer sent a kid out took pictures did not hear back. We had bought Lazyboy before and will be going back to them. This is made cheap and no responsibility taken.

I'm a full time Rv'er and my living room furniture was showing definite signs of wear and tear. I was going to replace it, but decided to call Franklin Corporation, since they manufactured the furniture in my rig. Sarah was my point of contact and she is nothing less than amazing. After sending pictures and discussing options, Sarah came up with sending me new "original" cut and filled panels to replace all the worn areas of the sleeper couch and side chair. Even though I was outside of my warranty they still worked with me and gave me an excellent price. I found a furniture repair shop in my area and he is going to do the install. The experience was exceptional. They are a fantastic company to work with and truly showed care and concern to get me an favorable solution. Do not hesitate to call them whether it's for new furniture or as in my situation replacement panels or parts. You won't be disappointed!
