0 star if I could

This vendor will never deliver your packages. Talk to their support team is meaningless.

I ordered next day delivery for my package and they just keep updating the tracking to next day with notes ā€˜NO Delivery attempted’. TIL now it’s been a week even after I called their service team right after they not attempt to deliver my package first time.

I suggest people also leave comments to whoever business using this vendor for delivery since if they use it you will never get your package.

Why would a company like Dyson choose this extremely low level logistic company?

04/16/25 - Item was on the way from Hayward to my address.

I was in my apartment throughout the day. Waiting for 4 incoming packages, and all 3 were delivered except for the GLS package. Driver said they ā€œattempted deliveryā€ however there was no notification from my apartment call buzzer, all of a sudden it just went failed delivery. There is no way I would missed that as this was the last delivery I was waiting for.

So maybe educate your employees on how to operate a call box. And for Dyson why in the hell would you choose this useless company for last mile delivery? Baffles me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible awful service. No delivery attempts whatsoever and also marked my location as unsafe. I live in freakin Palo Alto! The most exciting thing to happen here is a speed ticket. They kept pushing delivery to next day but nothing ever gets delivered. Contacted H&M to get a refund but they won’t unless package is returned to them or delivered to me which at this point will never happen. Read all the reviews on here and surprised companies even use this place.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. This company is notorious for delivering packages to the incorrect address, tracking and customer service sucks! Again my package was delivered to my neighbors back door last night and my neighbor didn't even bother to bring it to me, now they're not answering their door. This is a one of a kind item that cannot be replaced. I'm contacting the BBB.

This is the second time I have had a package valued at over $200 that REQUIRED A SIGNATURE, be dropped off at another house, presumably with the driver forging my signature, because I received a text message saying the delivery had been made and signed for at 2:19pm. First off, there was no delivery made at that time. My ring camera was on all day. It had no problem picking up the stray cat. On a whim, I checked with my neighbor and my box was there. He did not sign for it. He said he heard a vehicle in his driveway, opened the door and saw the package. The first time this happened, I never received my shipment. When I called and asked for help tracking the package, the operator assured me she would help. Keep in mind, I called ten minutes after the package was supposedly delivered. I was home. No Ring notification either - except for that cat. The driver couldn’t have been more than ten miles away and could’ve simply told me he had made a mistake. I would’ve went wherever he dropped it off. I got no reply from GLS. I called the next day and spoke to the same woman who assured me they were ā€˜looking into it.’ On the third day I was told by the same employee that they don’t continue searching for a lost package after three days. What complete and utter trash!!! She suggested I contact the sender and ask for a refund. Guess what? I did just that. They took my information and got back to me the same day and refunded me. GLS couldn’t provide proof of delivery or signature. For the record, I do not want to use this company and would prefer never having to do so again. My house is numbered right by the front door. It’s clearly located, black numbers on white paint. UPS and every other delivery service has no issues finding us. Once again, If I haven’t made it clear, this company is complete garbage. I wish zero or negative stars were an option.

Why do people even use this? The absolute worst! Sadly, this service was chosen by online retailer for me. It said that my parcel was delivered 3 days ago and signed by at front desk. The image shows someone pointing at the address. And surprise, this is not our building front desk. My bet that it was not even accepted by whatever front desk it was since it was not even their building, and either taken or discarded by the delivery person.

Literally, 0 stars if I could. Drivers that 'attempt' deliveries without actually doing so. They keep saying 'security gate,' when there is none. I literally had to give explicit instructions "park in the street, walk up to the building, etc.." and still, no delivery.

Customer service is terrible and unhelpful. They are probably overworked and underpaid, but they are straight up lying about attempted deliveries and on their chats. Literally, the person goes, "oh you've been away for a while, good bye." It had been 1 minute. It takes them 5 minutes to even respond. What a joke.

It's all probably so they can to ship things back to the company while already taking their payment, or have you pick up in person. What a waste of time and energy.
