After having a less than great experience with another shipping group, I took a flyer and called ASG. I was very fortunate that my call was taken by Jason Brackens who gave me very straightforward and transparent answers to all my questions, so I decided to go with them. In less than 24 hours Jason lined up a driver at a price that was a little better than what he estimated/quoted. After arranging for the driver, he maintained regular communication while my new to me vehicle was being shipped across the country. He was always accessible, provided regular updates, and gave very clear instructions on what to expect and what to do. I don’t think it was possible for anyone to have done a better job or have provided better customer service. If you need help shipping a vehicle, Jason should be your guy.

This was my first time getting a car transported. Process was very quick and easy. Entered my info for a quote and once I booked it, I received a call from Kim right away to confirm. A driver was found in a few days and pick up was within a few hours. Car arrived on quoted date. Communication was open and readily available. Price was fair and overall experience was great.
