First off I drove 8.5 hours to orientation and the hiring manager was good and the orientation process went well. Afterwards they gave me and address to go to in order to complete a physical and do a drug screen. Not tooting my own horn but passed the physical with flying colors. Afterwards I went to the clinic provided to take a drug test and was met with a dirty blonde female doctor that accused me of cheating due to my urine being "to warm" and accused me of cheating (no tests were done) i then asked if I could re take the test and have a male doctor watch, and was told no and sorry have a nice day. I then waked out and called Magnolia and let them know what happened. I let them know what happened and the hiring manager told me to go home and theyll "let me know what's next"". Me being stubborn I walked back in and paid for my own drug screening and had a male doctor watch me urinate and he signed off on the results that were all negative. I then proceeded to Magnolias headquarters where I was still told that I cheated and that there was nothing more to be done...

In conclusion I am now -$1200 on hotels, rental car, gas, food, (round trip) and my own drug test.
I'm not going to say it was anyone's fault but the female doctor wrongly accused me and it costed me. I used the same clinic facility and same drug test just a different doctor and recieved different results...

My son was treated horribly by the first mate and other team members on the boat; they then dismissed him from the boat 2 days before the end of tour and fired him for "not catching on" fast enough...no training provided by the company before putting a 19 year old kid on a brand new boat. In the middle of the tour, he called home for moral support and came back with a new, motivated positive attitude . As a result, they then accused him of being on drugs and tested him 3 separate times...all of which he passed. When I spoke to one of the supervisors, he was rude, cold and took the side of the captain vs hearing my sons experience. Very much the "good ol boy" atmosphere we were warned about. The family that owns this company should be ashamed of the entire management team and the people they have working out there.
