Colleen my deepest empathy for the drama from Samsung Electronics and Wells Fargo. They burnt my bridges with both of them. It got to the point I had to be ugly to defend you and myself. After chewing, on them, I asked each business, "Have YOU called Colleen @ Pac-N-Ship?" No response from either one. I provided both of them an email copy of the receipt you gave me w tracking # circled.

I told Samsung if it were me I would switch to a more reliable carrier for receiving. You shipped it UPS and required a signature.

Seems fishy stinky to me that FedEx and Samsung are both in the same complex in Coppell, TX where the box Colleen helped me get your label on and she taped it mighty good.

I'm not taking pics of boxes for you.

Ms. Colleen went beyond with service, compassion, and ensuring I had a receipt. The folks in Wiggins, MS have always been loving godly folks.
