Booked them to move a shipping container via uship, they were completely unable to complete the job. They evidently had one single driver able to do the job and when he didn't work out they were unable to book any other drivers. They tied up my budget for the shipment for over a week only to leave me hanging and needing to try and book someone else.

Their communication was lacking, not even once did they reach out to me, I had to try and call or email them every time. Impossible to reach the right people by phone, voicemails were not returned, the only communication was by email and with major delays.
