ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!!! MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWARE!! We left Tx and dropped our car off to this company on the 7 th of February 2025. Got a call the week of February 14 and they told us the car would be shipped to Hawaii on February 20. We were expecting our car delivered no later than the 24 th. From Feb 14 to April 5 we had no communication with this company. No phone call saying our shipment was delayed. At one point they couldn’t even locate where our vehicle even was. My car alarm was going off and it alerted me cuz via email. We called the company to see what was going on they told us they would figure it out and call us back. We received NO phone call update from them and when my husband called to ask why they were not communicating anything to us the person on the line got hostile with him. We received no apologies what so ever from anyone at this company and no discount due to it being late. Our car was picked up on April 5th. We paid over 2500 to ship our vehicle and it’s a shame that our government shipped vehicle arrived 6 weeks before the one we paid for out of pocket. This company has no compassion for its clients and something needs to change. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Important!!! I have shipped a few vehicles to Germany with this company for the last 14 years, but the last Military/Government shipment was the worst, the SUV was picked up at my door in prestige condition (Pictures and Video are on hand) and arrived in Böblingen with ‘Major Damages”.

The MB SUV is keyed from the front passenger side to the back pumper, as well as deep damages to the bottom of the SUV. The most concerning there was an accident, because rear bumper has a dent and a massive scratch. On top of that the driver created a profile in my MB informatic as “Hxxxx” (pictures on hand) how unprofessional.

This was a transportation damage with negligence and vandalization" per the scratches from the front to the back and the bumper, and deep damages in the bottom of the SUV.

I start to escalate this higher up. Update will follow and the bumper damage happened during the car transportation to and from the shipping port. Now I am getting the standard disclaimer; No insurance however this was done during the loading/ offloading from the trailer!! The people picked up and delivered the SUV are very unprofessional and will get your car into an accident. And so far I’m still waiting for all four patches of pictures especially photos of all pick up and delivery.

Avoid in all costs, you guys are welcome to contact me regarding this company.

When shipping my vehicle to the US from Germany, I sought out quotes from three different companies. By far, the representatives I worked with from TGAL on both sides of the ocean were wonderful. The quote included all of the details that other companies "left out" or tried to hide. I really appreciate the transparency in this expensive process.

Everything went smoothly for how chaotic our situation was! There was effective communication and quick updates (thanks Tatiana & Miranda!) Even when calls were missed I was contacted within minutes back, which I appreciate. I had a vehicle shipped from Germany on my own dime due to it being a secondary vehicle as a military spouse. Throughout my interactions with this company , I had to reiterate several times of the correct state abbreviation and I was not provided with crucial information regarding timelines of customs documentation. My vehicle arrived a day early and their contracted delivery driver was frustrated with me because I wasn’t there to pick up my vehicle when he wanted me to be when he was an entire day early. I was not provided with any further vehicle registration documents or temporary tags to allow me to drive my vehicle legally. It was only then that I was informed that it takes 3-5 business days upon release for customs declarations and vehicle registration documents to be processed and forwarded to me. I have scoured through all of my documents and emails and never did I find this information. It is now the 4th business day without my documents and there has been no indication when I should be receiving them. The fact that this company is one of the few that is recommended by the military for shipping and the severe lack of full communication and transparency needs to be addressed to the highest degree.

Used Trans Global Auto Logistics on the recommendation of a work associate and I could not be happier. I shipped my vehicle, on my own dime, from Europe to the US and Trans Global did a great job keeping me informed of shipping status and timelines. They were efficient, courteous, and the quote they gave me is what I ended up paying in the end (which also happened to be significantly less than a quote I got from another company). My vehicle arrived in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off. Ray and Paris took care of me and I would absolutely do business with them again.
