We needed to transport our car from NJ to Miami. Called Monday afternoon for a quote and was greeted by Ian. He was knowledgeable and explained the process in detail and clearly. After shopping around for a few quotes, we decided to go with him. I booked Tuesday morning and was fortunate they had availability to pick up same day. The car arrived 2 days later to Miami! We couldn’t believe how fast they did it! So impressed with the customer service and most importantly the communication with Ian and the driver. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues at all. very bad company!!! they are big liars!!!! they damaged my car and ghosted me!!! they don't want to pay for my wasted time.
they charged from me $1000 for transportation but the driver said that he was paid only $350!!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Wow, where do I even start? Working with Ian and United Force Auto Transport made an otherwise stressful experience so easy and seamless. Ian was so easy to work with and helpful, and the delivery driver was great as well! They picked up my car when they said they would and dropped it off when they said, while keeping me informed the whole time. NO BAIT AND SWITCH! When I first requested quotes for shipping I was bombarded with so many offers, UFA was the only one who warned me about what to watch out for for off rip and delivered exactly what they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone and 1000% book again if the need ever presented itself. Thank you again Ian and UFA!

Great service!
Timely pick up, Delivered the car in perfect shape before estimated delivery date!
Drivers at pick up and delivery were both very courteous and professional.
The whole process from booking the service to delivery was very good.
They even followed up after the delivery to check if everything was okay with the car.
Only regret is not knowing about them earlier!

We like to give United Force Auto Transport out of NJ the best honest, reliable, customer service experience. I called several companies and the car transportation business is very shady. initially i chose Nexus turned out they were sheisters, they were not able to find a reputable driver nor where they able to tell me a date -
they were giving me the run around. When they finally found a driver the price went from $700 dollars to $890. And we had a contract with them… United Force auto Transport kept their word and had my classic car delivered the following day, they kept me updated as did the actual driver. Promises kept promises delivered. They were a breeze to deal with, in a situation that became very stressful. I thank you very much United Force Auto Transport i will use you again and i will keep recommend you.
