Enjoyed working with the company. Good runs, home time is tolerable.
Security for personal vehicles needs improvement. I was out for 10 days and came in to the terminal to find someone had let the air out of all four tires on my vehicle.
Childish act. Had to be someone that works there that don't like the Bars and Stars plate on my front bumper.
Un called for. Confront me. Not distroy property. You would expect better conduct from grown people.

Work for this company and dispatcher are lost when doing their jobs. Freight is not consistent and getting loads is like pulling teeth. Pay is lousy and miles driven are far more than you get paid for. I would not recommend working for this company to anyone

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.. they’re horrible!!! I didn’t want to drive for them but I did because Jordan has a waiting list which I didn’t want to wait that long but ROYAL IS TRASH!!! I regret giving them my time

I hate to be a jerk but this morning at around 12:30 one of your drivers came onto my property and parked for about 20 minutes before I went down and talked to him when he told me he was trying to get on the highway and proceeded to mumble as if he was high or drunk I don’t know. When I told him that he had to back out he said ok and as he was backing out he took out my gate he flattened it all the way down. All in all very unprofessional and very rude. Pls do better when hiring your drivers.

I can't judge ROYAL without actually going through the whole process. Definitely didn't like the outcome with my situation. Everyone I met was cordial. Lady been there 76 yrs the end of this month . She does a part of the orientation,very professional. I disappointed myself and had no right posting that other review. . I apologize.

Owner is a great down to earth guy. Administration do a good job representing the company, but dispatch needs a whole new overhaul! Very rude and unprofessional. Seem like everyone including teams was complaining about miles except flatbed division. Being that West Point is the home terminal they could invest more on the gravel dusty parking lot

Really had a bad time with the loads the pay sucks and the layovers are a mess I couldn’t put a two week notice in because you would have to have no bills to work there, they pay you like you work for a fast food company and the equipment repair never gets done when they should, I never will do otr after driving ever for this company it’s really not worth it if your a new driver yea go for it but if your experienced stay away from them your going to go in a hole
