They were great! I had so many questions and called so many times, and they were so professional and helpful every time. We had some issues entering the port also, and they were very quick to help fix the issue. Special thanks to Michael and the nice young lady I spoke to the most times!

I sent my MB SUV from SJ port to JAX port. The car shipping service was excellent and the price are the best. They answer all my questions and bill me only the quote price with no hidden fees. The shipping was fast with no delays on the schedule. The paperwork in SJ and JAX was fast and the employees are friendly and helpfull. And the most important, I receive my car without any scratch.

When they solve my claim with my car was transported from SJU to JAX port I can say something new.Not fair at all at the time to pickup my car ,some employee irresponsibly at JAX airport broke my transmission because he dont know how to drive a shift car .
