So I’ve worked with you, people in the past. I called your location through the number on your website. Press three absolute idiot on the phone doesn’t even know your location nor could they put me through to a person at the Location. I know there’s a van that I’ve rented. It would be nice if you had a phone number that actually gave gave you Location Hollis, New Hampshire off of 122. So either you guys got bought out or whatever. It would still be nice if I got a phone number that connected me with a person at your location. Tried calling you back after getting a phone call saying you didn’t like my review. The person you have there hung up on me at one point . It would be nice if they say we no longer rent the truck.

I called customer service to get gate codes and other info. The person I spoke to was great! I appreciated the steps they took to ensure my identity. They were pleasant and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Chinny was very helpful in answering my questions about the current bill, and the rental fee. She explained the refunds that I had received in prior months. And indicated what the current bill would be going forward, until the next price increase. I really appreciated her help. She also provided me with the new gate code, and advised me to continue to use this instead of changing it to a personal code. She is an asset to your organization.
