I’ve had a dozen packages delivered by TForce from stockx and other retailers that ship high end footwear and clothing and never had a problem, they usually always meet the expected delivery date and sometimes even deliver earlier than expected, a rarity in the world of mailing for sure. I live just outside of Boston so it could be that I’m in a very high volume area that’s close to their headquarters but even so I see that packages are coming from far out of state and they still do a great job. I don’t know anyone at the company or have any motive to give them a good review other than it’s the honest truth and as a Boston native I just wanted to give a local company an honest review since they seem to be doing a pretty good job. ~ G.F.

Worst company ever . I never received my package and they marked it as delivered, I was at home that day checking if anyone came and no one delivered my package absolutely worst company ever . They need to just shut it down . They don’t know what they doing .

This is the worst delivery company ever!! They delivered my package to a wrong address and wanted me to call the company I bought my item from to get my refund. I believe their drivers can’t read or are just incompetent. They acted as if it was my fault the package was delivered to the wrong address. First of all I get other people packages all the time delivered by this same company and I personally have to deliver the package to the correct addresses. Companies should know not to use them and they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Calling them gets you know where and their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. They should not be in business!!

A rep for the company called me to set up delivery over a week away from them receiving my shipment. They set the delivery I kept in contact with them and the assured me I was getting my delivery on Friday. Friday came and there was no delivery they told me they couldn’t deliver after telling me someone would be at my place in 20 minutes. I’ve lost over $60,000 in one day because of this company. I asked to pick my shipment up and they refused. Do not use this company.

Do not use. We are a small nonprofit, and placed an order with a publisher to be delivered by this company. We have now heard that it will be delivered “tomorrow” eight days in a row. Our little staff is made up of two women. Every time we have called, they have treated us dismissively, as little girls, rather than as the executive leaders we are. Totally regressive company. Absolutely no adherence to delivery timelines.

Worst delivery service I've ever had. Not only was my package stolen by the driver but they refused to look further into the driver for investigation. Told me to contact the seller for a refund like it wasn't their fault.
