I drove 106 miles just to meet them in person because they aren’t answering phone calls, emails, or voicemails. After getting here, I was still unable to meet with anyone! Where is the staircase? How do I get in? No one is answering the door, phone calls, or emails. It’s been really difficult trying to get in touch with anyone. How am I supposed to do business with them if I can’t reach anyone?

I have been a customer of FBA Express for over 2 years now and they have been fantastic. One of the things that I appreciate the most is how fast they respond. Any question you have or any request that you need, they will always do their best to accommodate. For example, when Amazon changed to their new workflow, they were very communicative of this and were very good at finding a solution that worked for me. I mostly speak with Brett and Ron and they are always very happy to help with anything.

They are also very good at inspecting your inventory. If something doesn’t look right or arrives damaged they will let you know and ask how you’d like to proceed. They always label everything correctly and their prepping is of very high quality. You can tell they understand very well how Amazon receives inventory.

I am very happy with the service and I hope we can keep working together for a long time. Strongly recommended. Thank you!
