I was here to pick up load 53' loading was fast super friendly employe .you have to park outside but theres plenty of space .

Very nice ppl. There's no parking on premises so if you arrive before your appointment time, you have to find parking on the street. They open at 8:00am the earliest you can check in is 7:45am.

Very polite staff. A lot of comunicación . But when you are loaded at loaded line sometimes it take 20 to 30 minutes just to cross the scale very slow at 1 mile per hour or stop and go You have to have enough hours to drive Or your hours will ended at scale even when my truck yard is 20 miles from scale

Few weeks ago one of their drivers pulled into a residential neighborhood and tried to turn around. During his maneuver his truck went into my front yard damaging my plants and Underground water pipe. It was all recorded all my home surveillance cameras. I tried to contact them every three days to talk to somebody about compensation for damages. The guy at front desk took by name and number six times, never heard from anybody. Tried calling again today, he told me we never spoke before and I should stop calling. Real piece of work. I will be filing a police report. Stay away from this place at all cost.

The old man in the front office is highly unprofessional and incredibly rude. A very bad representation for this business. If you’re miserable in your job, move on to something else and don’t treat the high paying clients like dirt.

One of their drivers just recklessly swerved into a lane with my husband and I with no notice and no signaling. Truck NC888. Maybe get driving lessons for your driver so they don’t put people’s life in danger
