Salvador Delgadillo at PacAir really helped us out of a jam when a vendor unexpectedly put our order on a ship without our prior authorization and without proper customs paper work. Sal was on it and saved my company a hefty fine as well as ensured the customs clearance was smooth and the delivery was made promptly. I could not recommend the company more.
