I own and operate Elite Litigation Support. I was a first time customer with no grounds to place detailed demands on anyone. I had a very specific courier request and I did not, for one second, feel like I was crazy or requesting something insane. I spoke to Jeff and explained the situation. He said that it would be no problem and asked me to send an email with all of the details, which I did. I received a phone call from Jody to go over the email and discuss charges. She went over my order and made sure she had all the correct information for her driver. The driver text me live updates including pictures! I was very impressed with the customer service and the attention to details. In a previous position I worked in the same company as a courier service and this was a completely different experience than I had previously been involved in. I am very grateful for NorthStar Courier and will use them for future requests. THANK YOU AMAZING STAFF!

Absolutely seamless service, from quote to delivery.

Sent a couple boxes with fragile and valuable merchandise. Jody provided an immediate quote over the telephone (40% less than another carrier), contacted the recipient to arrange delivery time, made delivery the same day then followed up with a confirmation email and photos once delivery was completed.

The courier driver, Robert, was on-time for pick up, very courteous, professional and took extreme care to load packages carefully.

Worth noting also, the Sprinter van used for transport was clean and new.

Definitely a 5+ star experience.

We bought vinyl flooring from Costco. The first delivery company couldn’t make it to our narrow driveway, and they didn’t have a smaller truck either. We called Costco and they sent North Star to deliver our floor. North Star called us in advance before delivery and also when they were on the way. They put all the pallets inside our garage nicely. The delivery guy was very nice and did a great job! We didn’t hire them at the first place, but we are very impressed by their great job. I highly recommend this company!
