Very nasty, unprofessional, rude and dishonest company!!! One of the reps named Luke is the worst broker i ever had to deal with in 6 years in this business. Do not work with them! We picked up rate con for oversize and overweight load and load was 14k over than stated on rate con and they knew about it. The other carrier was waiting for several days for load to be removed because tires on their trailer exploded under overweight of the load. And then they tried to pull that scam on us. When i confront them and asked for TONU, they told me that i am a bitchy person. They waisted my all day. My driver drove 75 mils and waited for almost 4 hours to get loaded to find out that the load 61k instead of 47k. One star is too much for that company.

They are totally scammed and prejudiced.
I drove a load for them from MS to TX . They wanted the load to be delivered in one day, which was behind the physical and legal means .
What happened was when I received the trailer and during the inspection, the ABS light was on . By the time having the mechanic to fix it , it was around 10 pm which was 6 hours behind the schedule. The customer demanded to deliver it ASP , so I drove it to mid way so the customer’s driver to finish the rest . Once they received the load , I was told that being late and they denied to pay us for this reason , which was not our fault!

Working with Luke Mackey is never an issue. He always communicates with me when needed and vice a versa when I communicate with him when needed.
His drivers have always done great work for us arriving on time to appointments. Communication and transparency in trucking is important, and is a two way street. If you can’t communicate with them then that’s the other party’s fault not theirs. Communication and common sense is the key. I have received that from Luke and his staff, they are great people to work with.

I do not recommend booking loads with this brokerage company. Especially with brokers Luke Mackey and Travis from Coast 2 Coast Logistics LLC. They booked us as carriers on Load Pro# 85811 WY-WY, and then canceled on us. They refuse paying us TONU (Truck ordered not used). These 2 brokers that work in this company are shady and not trustworthy. Avoid working with them. Thank you

Brian Davis with C2C is the BEST! He has been shipping our trucks/heavy equipment for almost 4 years and I have nothing but praise for him. He provides fast and fair all-inclusive freight quotes and schedules our units for shipping in a timely manner. He has a proven record of on time pick up/deliveries and exhibits superb customer service skills with our customers. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes over and beyond what is expected. He makes my job much easier on a daily basis! BLM Equipment & Manufacturing Inc used Coast 2 Coast Logistics, LLC to schedule a delivery with my company, Cluggy619 Logistics. At the last moment they cancelled after I got within 10 miles of their location to pick up in the morning. Normally I would get a Truck Ordered Not Used payment of $150, but they decided to screw me over. I will NEVER haul or schedule to haul another load with them. This is all too common for shippers and brokers to screw over truck drivers. Fuel cost money, but they don't care.

this broker posted 2 loads from Blackfoot and atomic city, ID both going toward Salt Lake city, UT, yesterday ! Today, they posted the same loads again because the chance of finding power only in these areas is very rare. We've asked for $100 more on the rate con but they're so greedy they just won't do it and satisfy their customer and the contracted carrier lmao !!!

What have we come to these days ? is this trucking now ? with brokers disrespecting truckers over $100 ? $100 ?

C2C Logistics, specifically Matt Fairfield exceeded my expectations when 8 other companies failed to even deliver. I needed to ship a Ford F250 that was broken from Colorado to Alaska in the middle of COVID with borders closed. 8 companies were quick to provide quotes. One company provided a bid after I sent in the information/details of the vehicle, where it was and where it was going. They quoted $3672.00. When I called to set it up, they literally asked where it's going. I said Alaska and the guy said "we don't ship there and hung up." Why did they even give me a quote? 8 companies over 3 weeks all failed miserably to deliver what they said they could do. I contacted C2C Logistics and spoke with Brian in Oregon. He gave me Matt's number and said he's a freight forwarder and will square this away. Brian wasn't wrong. In 45 minutes we were done. I was literally calling my son to tell him it was finally setup and Matt was calling him saying a truck would be there by noon to pick his vehicle up. The truck shipped the vehicle to Seattle, loaded it on a barge and it arrived in Alaska 6 days ahead of schedule. Matt followed up today to make sure it was picked up and delivered without issue. After weeks of painful promises and let downs from literally every other company I spoke with C2C Logistics delivered beyond my expectations. I would not only highly recommend them, I would definitely use them again. Thank you Matt and Brian for making this happen. Customer service off the scale!
