Still waiting on an insurance claim on a package that was lost in February. After several emails back and forth with one of the owners 3 weeks ago I finally get an email saying the insurance claim was approved and a check should be issued by September 6. On September 19 I email to see about the check, no answer, I call today no answer. This place is absolutely freaking ridiculous!!! 7 months and still waiting smh

Curtis has always been great and really helpful but my last trip there the woman running the register was not wearing a mask nor were any customers in the store, despite being under a mask mandate.
