Ryan and Xavier were really helpful and thorough with getting my license. They both provided valuable information and techniques on improving my driving skills. It only took me a couple of weeks to remember pre trip, in cab inspection and behind the wheel test. This school is great if you want to learn all about trucking and getting licensed on becoming a professional driver.

At 0800 hours, I took my Jayco Seneca, Freightliner S2RV, to Velocity Truck Center, in Hesperia, Ca., for codes associated with my DEF system. At 1000 hours, Cindy notified me my DEF head was bad and needed to be replaced. Cindy also advised me she discovered the repair was totally covered under warranty by Freightliner. At 1245 hours, Cindy called me and told me my repair was complete. Velocity Truck Center completed my repair in record time on the same day I dropped it off. Cindy and her technician were totally professional and I am completely satisfied. I do recommend Velocity Truck Center for your Freightliner repairs.

The atmosphere was weird. They told me they didn't have thebpart I was looking for before they even checked. Then as i was about to leave one of the guys said hold I'll check and they actually did have it. I couldn't tell why but they just didn't seem very personable or happy to be doing their job.

Great employees and ability to look up the correct/ proper parts. Generally have alot of items in stock. I wish the prices for filters were closer in line to other sources. I often times pass up on things here because they are 50% more expensive than competitors. It's easy to rack up a few hundred $ in extra markups buying things.

Greeted as I walked in the door. The gentleman who helped was very patient and understanding. Will stop by if I ever need anything for my truck if in the area. Great place go check them out.

The time I spent in the shop was very devastating, trouble and useless. The manager is unprofessional and see things in race wise definitely. I was told to stay for 4 hrs in that area without waiting room inorder to get ma truck fix unfortunately they made me stay for like whole day that was touble and stressed. U know what they didn't even updating me what was going on they were just qiut de whole day and then at de end of de day they couldn't fix it for my def Detroit system they made me waste ma time, ma $400 bills everything. I advice any customers to get something negative attitude or whatever before going there. So I recommend any customer to not going to de poor quality, unprofessional shop.
