Trucker 167 just parks in the middle of the street on the wrong side when beeped at people can't even pull into the street he just sits there, tried calling and complaining on these truckers keep parking illegal, and Noone does anything, calling the police next seeing this company don't manage there rude truck drivers. Have videos and pics of MANY of the truckers doing it!

Good place to deliver and pick up. You just have to be on time for an appointment. Otherwise, if you are late, 1 hour they make you to do a new appointment for another day.

I arrived one hour before and is 14:00 hrs
And don’t get door yeah
Now 4 hrs waiting for door ,figure driver with electronic log books
I never come back again
I don’t recommend to made delivery to this place

Go south on lilac and first right and enter shipping door. Sign in , swap your trailer and park back again at shipping door. Sign papers ,seal trailer. Quick in and out. Drop and hook. If Any problems with trailer updike redlands yard is 8 miles away

I'm a trucker and had a bad experience there over being late 30 minutes. They had me waiting 3+ hours for a door. The front counter employee ( African American lady with braided hair ) told my broker that they are looking for me to load me but I left the property. Even when she took my phone number at check in and told me to wait in the yard and she will call me when they have a door available ( I drove to the yard and all the doors were open ). She didn't called to assign me a door and nobody came to the yard to inform me what door to back into, and told my broker I left the property. Complete freakshow.

Not driver friendly

I was 1hr late and was told that they would not unload, and people in receiving were rude and condescending

I understand that appointments are necessary to keep everything flowing smoothly but most of their dock doors were empty so I don't know why they couldn't take the load

I had a pick up at this location on 5/11/21 they had 12 plts i had room for 8 plts they didn't want to help rearrange 16 plts that i had from 1st pick to make room for the rest of load shipping clerks very unprofessional and the supervisor not helpful at all i offer to move some plts to geet all the product but they didn't want to help the sing in front of the building needs to be updated it needs to read unhelpful unprofessional and uncooperative
