I’ve delivered here multiple times over the years and drivers always had access to the restrooms.

As of 8/09/2024 outside drivers aren’t allowed access to the restrooms, they made the restrooms unisex and the door is locked.

If you ask the woman at the break room for the key, she will tell you the restroom is closed to the public and there are porta potties outside.

So they rather spend money on renting porta potties than to let outside drivers have access to the restrooms.

Another lowlife company that treats drivers like second class citizens.

VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE in the reciving office！I was just confirming with her that should I park my truck outside near the security booth, but instead of giving me yes or no, she just keep saying outside outside outside in very irritable attitude. Not surprised every negative comment is about her. The only surprise is she didn’t get fired.

On 9/26/2023 @1647, Irene the gate attendant was rude and unprofessional in her responses to my questions. After conducting my business with the company, I asked for a second copy of the bill of lading, she waved me off and stated the copier was broken. Please offer her further training in customer service when dealing vendors. Thank you

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Very rude employees. Very unorganized receiving yard and procedures. Employees have no respect for other people. Expect to wait 2+ hours for PODs after being received. Don't bother checking in as you will get the same response with a ton of attitude; "they are working on it". By the look of these other reviews, managers make absolutely no attempt to repremand or correct their employees horrible behavior.

If I could give zero Stars I would however they force you to give a star. Security is great, however office worker Connie treats you very disrespectful yells through the glass, will not open the window to address you. Ignores you when you ask a question. Talks very hostile to the truck drivers. If she hates people then she should not work in human services.

Very impatient people here. Forced to wear a mask, and I get claustrophobic. Started having a bit of a panic attack and I was accused of being rude. I am usually a very easy going person. Tried calling and speaking with someone. If you don't have your pickup number in a nanosecond they will give you an attitude. They will escalate things to make you look like a bad person.

The clerk at the window has no respect. Won't look you in the eye and won't even acknowledge you. She pretends to not see you. What's the purpose of a check in clerk if you won't do your job?
