I have done freight with UFS and the interactions have always been warm. Many brokers are impatient and will hung up on you but the agents at UFS are really patient. Calling a broker on a Saturday and answering in a second is everything for me. Their rates are okay ?. Would do business with them again and obviously would recommend.

Terrible experience doing run for Universal Freight System:
First, our Driver have spent 6 hours circling around LAX trying to locate correct freight where been sent from one place to another for a full day..
Second:
Received an email from their accountant that we have emailed 3 pages BOL + RC + invoice ? all together so they accounting system got crashed and now we have to mail originals to Birmingham, Alabama if we like to get paid
Otherwise 30 days passed, but nothing at they billing system for our run we delivered on time ?️
Highly unprofessional brokerage, zero stars ✨

Book Load with Bradley Adams Load# 0201136
He sounds like a nice guy until the load got canceled on me.
Driver arrive to Shipper in Pine Grove, PA 9 /14/20 at 6:59 pm
Pick up was scheduled for 7:00 pm.
Driver spent 3 hrs at the shipper , Universal dispatch couldn't provide a pick up number. Anna night dispatch ask me to hold the truck till morning then a little later she emailed I will send TONU. We lost 5 hrs trying to pick up this load , Universal couldn't provide the right pick up number until shipper closed and the load got canceled.Driver stock in PA overnight.
V&A Carrier, Policy is $250 TONU plus $1.25 each deadhead miles , Broker sent TONU $150 saying this is all V&A Carrier will get for this.
I explained V&A carrier Has policy $250.00 for TONU , Bradley told me I don't care. $150 that's it.
I will have to contact Customer on this line and bill the customer for compensation.

After look up in my system I found it that this is not a firs time happening with Universal. They book trucks on load but have no correct dispatch info from Customer.
We Don't recommend Universal.
They have n respect to drivers.

Still didn’t pay us for the load we hauled for them . One of my co worker who was not aware of our past experiences called them today to book a load and bcoz of the bad review we wrote on their page they told the innocent dispatcher that they can’t book the load with him. It’s been more than 2 years they still didn’t pay us. We will start calling their bond insurance if they don’t do anything soon and report them to FMCSA.

Great group to work with. We have completed over 400 loads within the past year and no issues with Dispatch or accounting. Jimmy, Alan, Cole, Carlos, Anna and a few others have actually gone out of their way to ensure operations are smooth throughout the past year. Great company to work with . One of the best brokers to haul loads for, very professional individuals, respond to emails in a timely manner, always answer questions to the best of their knowledge.
