the most disrespectful broker i've ever met in this industry. driver lost whole day for one load and broker are refusing to pay detention for it. they are also threating the carriers with reporting freight guard if carriers dont do their load.

My company sent me to ProQuality for a load breakdown and rework because the product shifted. They immediately had me in a dock and started reworking the load right away which only took a couple of hours even after having played ping pong for a while with the guy who did the rework. Wished I could have communicated with him but unfortunately he was a non-english speaking good energy and kind gentleman that played table tennis like a badass. Thank you and God bless.
