Best delivery service you could ask for! Andy and Alton are very responsive, polite, and honest. My job was using a national company to cover routes if our driver was out, but we finally had enough headaches that I got the delivery team to add Priority as our preferred vendor and they have been amazing! Our accounting department even accidentally sent thousands of dollars in checks to them for deliveries that they didn't handle, but Andy notified us and didn't cash them. I almost hate leaving such a good review and having others book them up, but they deserve it!

Outstanding! Everyone I talked to showed real pride in their work and were professional and polite despite our difficult requests. We had a snafu with fedex for an enormous, heavy, and super high priority crate and Andy and his team got us taken care of, even when things went south and Fedex lost our crate! Andy was able to get a driver on-call on Friday night and make a saturday delivery happen, so our crate is now safe and sound in clients' hands. If I ever need a delivery in Memphis, I know who I'm calling. Don't worry, they got you!

These are old-fashioned, get-it-done people of real integrity. If there are other courier services in town, I've forgotten who they are...
