Pulled up behind this driver at a Pilot. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting on this driver to pull up so I could fuel. Once he came out, he sat there another 5 minutes. So I go and knock on his door so I could pull up and fuel. He motioned me to go around him. It was very busy at this Pilot. Then he gets out and starts fueling his truck. I get out and asked him why he sat here for 25 minutes BEFORE he even started fueling!? He told me to shut up and leave. I told him I wasn’t trying to be ugly, but I had a load to deliver and just wanted to fuel and to so I wouldn’t be late for my delivery. I went and talked to the manager and he would do nothing! By the time I did get fueled, I’d been there 45 minutes. This is what’s wrong with the trucking industry, too many disrespectful drivers and most are company drivers. I’d NEVER do this especially at a busy Pilot like this one was. This company needs to talk to their drivers and explain to them they don’t need to sit on a fuel island for 45 minutes!!!?

Great Company With Great Benefits, My Time At Dolphin Was Awesome, And My Dispatcher Was Very Professional And Awesome As Well, They Will Go Out Of There Way To Get You Home, And They Will Ask You Your Preference On Where You Would Like To Run, Safety Department Is Great Too, I Can Honestly Say That Dolphin Line Is A Great Company, The Only Reason I Had To Leave Dolphin Was Because Of A Local Job That I Could Not Pass Up,

Easy people to work with. Will get you home and true no forced dispatch. When you go home they will ask you when you want to go back out. When you get ready to go back out they will have a choice of runs.

.47 cents per mile? Is that what you company OTR drivers are selling your souls for lol? Man oh man, these companies are gonna have hard time hiring us millennial truck drivers AND keeping us if this is the garbage they're paying people. Maybe this works for well established people with paid off houses and cars but us millennials don't have that and we're dealing with inflation on top of that. My dad said he was making .47 cpm back in the 90s lol crazy how trucking companies are making alot of money off your own time, time that you'll never get back, time spent away from home and your families, and for what? $1000 a week? Pfft
