Received a delivery from Costco using this service, a dining room table and chairs. Received a call prior to delivery the night before and morning of. Truck showed up right on time. Driver and assistant were courteous and respectful. Assembled my table and chairs, then demonstrated how the self storing leaf functioned, waiting to see me do it and sure that we were comfortable with it all. They did a great job.

Their employees aren’t licensed bonded background checks or drug tested.
Good luck in ur delivery.
I had my share.
They will be bankrupt soon .
What is keeping them afloat is costco and the enterprise truck claiming the their truck broke .. weird it seems it is always broke or they have no trucks..
They re rude unprofessional…
U can’t find enough words or the right words to describe them,
Stay away from them. Don’t buy from Costco they use them because they charge not much,
U will never receive ur electronics or appliances without them being replaced 2 to 3 times by Costco..
That is why offers 2 years warranty ..they know who they are using for deliveries

I purchased a refrigerator from Sears online. I typed in MEMO the logistics of my home (Tri-level, living space on 2nd floor). They contract with a 3rd party company Diakon Logistics. Team of 2 Men arrived, walked my house and said they will need to reschedule because a 4-man team needed due to 2nd floor, narrow stairway. I pleasantly agreed & rescheduled with. Two days later, Diakon Logistics first set of men arrived, walked my house and got to work. They removed the doors of the old fridge in order to get it downstairs. They used body straps, talked & guided each other down the narrow stairway, while my husband stood at the bottom just in case, and they SUCCESSFULLY removed the old fridge with NO PROPERTY DAMAGE. The 2nd set of men arrived with new fridge and brought up the stairs SUCCESSFULLY, set up fridge, connected waterline, and explained features. My experience with Diakon Logistics was amazing. I am in the logistics business and know what is expected and Diakon went way beyond my expectations. The dispatcher, Christian Bay was very helpful, explaining reasoning for rescheduling. The team removing the haul-away (MARVIN BASILIO & JARDIN) were amazing! The team with new fridge installing (LUIS GOMEZ & EDWIN) were just as amazing. My husband & I could not be more pleased with how seamless it went with no property damage and no damage to fridge. The least we could do is treat them to lunch for the day. I would recommend DIAKON LOGISTICS without a doubt and commend Sears for contracting their business with them. DIAKON is on the ball!! Thank you Christian Bay and your TEAM!!

Ordered a refrigerator from Sears. Diamond delivered on time. Three professional men made the delivery. Marvin, Jason & Chico were very friendly & extremely helpful. Marvin explained everything in detail. They also moved the old fridge. I would recommend this business.

Terrible terrible service. Very unprofessional! Did not install my washer correctly. When i called the delivery driver back to fix the problem he said it wasn't his problem and to call sears. Very rude as well.
