I'm writing to inform you about the excellent follow through and attention to detail I have received working with your agents Dean and Danielle. Their warm personalities and concern about my needs for the auto shipment was the reason why I chose your company over the competition. Dean and Danielle went above and beyond to reassure me that the needs of my shipment were put in place and they were able to follow through on giving me updates on the shipping status. I have to also comment that I was exceptionally happy with the personable and very competent Driver, Terrel, that was sent over and assigned to my auto shipment. He was excellent to work with and was mindful to take extra care when loading the car on the carrier.
As far as Danielle and Dean are concerned they are still giving me updates on the shipment status and have been professional throughout. Your staff and the driver get my highest reviews and recommendations. In the future I will not use anyone else for an auto carrier except for Scott's.
